The leaves of green tea considered as a holy drink in China are hand-picked very carefully and produced. While drying the leaves of black tea is slow; once picked, the leaves of green tea is dried quickly. While getting dried it, to react with oxygen (fermentation) is not allowed. Caffeine rate in green tea is lower than black tea; however, the amount of antioxidant is greater.
